Please book an appointment for assistance with your shopping needs. This will ensure that we are able to staff your appointment and have available changing room facilities for you.

Cancellation Policy

All visits to the store are currently by appointment only. Please understand to ensure staff and clients safety we have had to adjust our ways of working. Currently we are unable to accommodate children in store or groups. The appointment can accommodate the client and one other adult. Your store appointment can be booked up to 24 hours in advance. If you wish to book with less that 24 hours notice please phone or email to store so we can determine if we can accommodate with short notice. Should you need to cancel your appointment please do this 24 hours prior where possible. Please follow strict government guidance and please do not attend your appointment and inform the store should you or a household member be displaying symptoms of COVID19. Should the store be unable to staff an appointment due to sickness they will inform you to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
